Complaints and returns

According to the Act "On the protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by dangerous products", you have the right to cancel the product without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Terms of return:

  • the purchased product should be returned together with the proof of purchase (receipt / invoice) with the warranty card (if it had one), and completed return form, or your own return statement containing the following data:
  • full name
  • address
  • list of products to be returned
  • return date
  • customer's signature
  • the product should be returned in its original, undamaged, factory packaging (if it was packed in any)
  • the returned product must not have been used or damaged in any way
  • the cost of returning the parcel is borne by the orderer

Terms of returning electronic products:

All electronic parts that have already been assembled are not returnable.The return of electronic products is possible in case there was no attempt of assembly.
If the product has a defect, the Buyer can demand removal of the defect, replacement of the product for one free from defects, make a statement about price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.
In case of complaint about electronic goods, a document confirming the installation in an authorized motorcycle service is required.

Terms of returning mechanical products:

Motorcycle service confirmation of installation is required for all mechanical parts claims.

Refunds for purchased and returned products are made only to the bank account provided by the customer.

If you return a product to us that does not meet the above requirements, we will have to send it back to you at your expense.
